Inhale – Exhale

Irina returns to her family following a lengthy prison sentence. She took the sole blame for a robbery in order to protect the other people involved. Once back at home, she is forced to realize that her children have long since got used to a life without her and that the other members of the family react to her coolly. The social worker responsible for her has nothing else to offer other than a yoga course, where she feels just as out of place as in her new family set-up. She finally finds someone who shares her sense of being lost in the form of the young Luka. To express these feelings of alienation, Dito Tsintsadze finds images as dreamlike as they are surreal.
